Holly Bardutz, PhD, is the founding director of the Brain Health and Wellness Lab at the University of Regina. Her main areas of research include Brain Health and Wellness in various populations, including topics such as stress, sleep, nutrition, and the microbiome, and how topics such as these topics affect brain health. Dr. Bardutz is the Principal Investigator on her own research projects as well as a collaborator with colleagues at the University of Regina, the University of Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Health Association, and McGill University. Dr. Bardutz has designed and copyrighted an in-person and online Brain Health and Fitness Course and based on the latest research about the brain. She currently teaches the course and has integrated these classes into her research program. She has presented her research in Canada and the United States, France, Scotland, Vienna, and most recently in Italy last summer.
